Carine combines extensive expertise in structuring R&D contracts, in technology transfer and licensing contracts and finance structures with thorough knowledge of the market and the underlying technologies. She has many years of experience in the legal aspects of biotech companies. Carine is responsible for securing Cristal Delivery’s legal position in formalising and negotiating business partnerships.
